Our Normal Business is Interrupted:
With immediate effect, all non-essential work has been suspended until further notice. 
Existing Contract Clients will continue to be supported by our 24/7 Emergency Engineer Service as normal and per your existing Contract with us. 
Our Operations Office is fully closed so we are unable to provide Quotations or System Design Proposals at this time.

Emergency 24/7 Telephone & On-Site Support:
Available to existing Contract Clients only 
(Emergency Support contact number and your site ID is listed on your latest Contract Paperwork).
Any other enquires please call 01623 811225 using option 1 during office hours, if the line is busy please leave a brief message and you best contact number. Third party Sales calls won’t be returned. 

Domestic Annual Preventative Maintenance 
(Non-Alarm Receiving Centre Monitored / Direct Police Call Systems):
All existing Maintenance Contracts are being extended indefinitely and continue to include your normal benefits until we can safely visit to carry out the Contracted Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit.
Later systems benefiting from our Remote Engineer Diagnostics & Support will be Remote Serviced by our automated software as per Industry Standards EN50131, SSAIB Inspectorate, Police & Insurance Requirements.
Our database is providing the due date Invoice which can be paid later when we visit and carry out the Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit.  

Alarm Receiving Centre Monitored / Direct Police Call System Annual Preventative Maintenance (Domestic & Commercial):
To meet your Insurers requirements existing Preventative Maintenance Site Inspections are being extended indefinitely and we are continuing  to include your normal benefits until we can safely visit to carry out the Contracted Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit.
Remote Engineer Diagnostics & Support will be Remote Serviced by our automated software as per Industry Standards EN50131, SSAIB Inspectorate, Police & Insurance Requirements where applicable.
Our database is providing the due date Annual Maintenance & Monitoring 30-day Invoice as normal to allow us to pay the third party Alarm Receiving Centre and carry out our normal duties.
All systems will be visited once it’s safe to do so.

24/7 Actual Emergency Engineer Site Visits:
We have procedures now in place for when our engineers meet you face-face, should you wish to discuss or advise us of anything relevant prior please contact us.
Our engineers will be calling ahead prior to travel and again as they arrive on site. 
You will be required to Social Distance from our engineers at all times, any breach will result in our engineers aborting the job and immediately leaving site. 
In the case of any person(s) on-site being COVID-19 contaminated the visit acceptance is totally at our engineers discretion and you will be required to fully Social Distance yourself together with any relevant other person(s) in line with Government Health guidelines all prior to us exiting the safety of our vehicle.
