carry out the Contracted Annual Preventative Maintenance Visit.
Remote Engineer Diagnostics
& Support will be Remote Serviced by our automated
software as per Industry Standards EN50131, SSAIB
Inspectorate, Police & Insurance Requirements where
database is providing the due date Annual Maintenance &
Monitoring 30-day Invoice as normal to allow us to pay the third
party Alarm Receiving Centre and carry out our normal duties.

Emergency Engineer Site Visits:
have procedures now in place for when our engineers meet you
face-face, should you wish to discuss or advise us of anything
relevant prior please contact us.
Our engineers will be calling ahead prior to travel and again as
they arrive on site.
You will be required to Social Distance from our engineers at
all times, any breach will result in our engineers aborting the
job and immediately leaving site.
In the case of any person(s) on-site being COVID-19 contaminated
the visit acceptance is totally at our engineers discretion and
you will be required to fully Social Distance yourself together
with any relevant other person(s) in line with Government Health
guidelines all prior to us exiting the safety of our vehicle.
